Work work

After showing my personal workspace at home, I thought it might be of interest to show the work workspace. Y'know, not home work, but...well, work work. (Screensaver imagery by the great Tadahiro Uesugi).

That's the Wacom Cintiq that we use pretty much exclusively at the studio. It works great with the Kinesis Savant (at left, next to
the Cintiq), which has most of my favorite Photoshop actions and hotkeys programmed into it.

Very cool--
thanks for showing off your workspaces!

I didn't realize you guys were completely Cintiq-ized. Is that for storyboarding or animatic stuff?

Thats cool!

I've always wanted to have a go on a Wacom Cintiq.

Ooooh -

A peek into the inner sanctum! So this is where (some of) it takes place. Righteous!

That's what my work workspace look like, lots of piled papers. I don't have a cintiq though. I may try to negotiate for one by trading in for a smaller monitor or something...

By the way, your last post with the new use of blacks looks gorgeous!

I like the mood lighting! I can almost hear the new age music in the background now. What a great tablet!

Nick- We have a few people who do the animatics and I think some of them are using the CIntiq now. I use mine for storyboarding and occasioanl concept stuff.

Monkeyfeather - Thanks! What would a workspace be without piled papers?

Rob - Haha. That photo makes it look a lot darker and loungy that it really is. No new age music though -- hehe.
