Those are awesome. Reminds me of an old Mexican folklore about a ghost called La Llorona. She drowned her kids and is forever cursed, every night she screams for them.
The top one is awesome.
Great stuff.
Nice solid drawings. Great volumes.

Very nice Ted! Those fingernails really creep me out.
insomniakz: From what I remember, that folklore was done on the TV show Supernatural in like its first episode. However it was set in the US and she terrorises and kills lone male drivers on some route. But she had drowned her kids and couldn't return to her house for it. She was cursed. Creepy show.
Thanks all! La Llorona sounds really creepy...I like it! I really want to make Lilith terrifying so I'll be watching a lot of horror films. Thanks for your input and if anyone has more suggestions on scary things to watch or read, let me know!

Wow, looks awesome! Can't wait to see what you do with her.
I heard a story about a real witch, a real supernatural witch, second hand story. I try not to think about it because its so creepy/scary i wont be able to sleep at night.
If you can find anything on early Celtic myths they can be pretty scary. You sort of have to read between the lines as they weren't written to be horror stories but some of the adventures of Cuchulain are scary. When he got angry he could grow huge and turn himself inside out. That would scare me. Of course many of the Aztec myths are quite dark too.
hang on, is this for your western?
man, everyone is doing paranormal westerns. I am totally a trend setter. Awsome.
cheers

Mr. Weber - yes this is for the western. Don't let anyone tell you they aren't popular because they ARE! Everyone likes a good western... and I want to see yours published!

Thanks Sho! I think you are talking about the movie TITUS by Julie Taymor; I love the art direction in that film.
