Getting CORA back on track
A number of folks have asked recently how CORA is coming along, and each time I regrettably say "it's not". Once I fall out of the zone, it's difficult to hammer my way back in. So I'm beginning again to pick up work on the book because I would like this story to be released within the next 18 months. The stoppage is not for lack of interest in the story, but from new responsibilities at work as well as other non-work activities. Balance is difficult; I don't want to resort to hermit status like I did while finishing RI2, but still must forge ahead & satisfy the creative desires!
(Act 1 has been roughed out, currently clocking in at 53 pages. There is still a lot of writing to do on it however. I get the intent of the scene across in drawings and have an idea of what the charcters will be saying, but final dialogue will come later. Sounds crazy, I know.)
